Coach Kacper's group programs are carefully structured to ensure that all participants receive quality instruction while benefiting from the dynamic environment of learning alongside others.
Types of Group Lessons
Adult Clinics
Our adult clinics cater to players of all skill levels, from beginners to advanced competitors. Groups are organized by NTRP rating to ensure appropriate challenge and progression.

Group Lesson Structure
Each group lesson follows a structured format designed to maximize learning and enjoyment:
- Dynamic Warm-up (5-10 minutes): Sport-specific movements to prepare the body for tennis.
- Skill Development (15-20 minutes): Focused instruction on technique with progressive drills.
- Tactical Training (15-20 minutes): Application of skills in game-based scenarios.
- Supervised Play (15-20 minutes): Point play with coaching feedback.
- Cool Down (5 minutes): Light activity and stretching.

Group Lesson Policies
- Group Size: Most adult groups range from 4-6 players. Junior groups range from 4-8 players depending on age.
- Make-up Policy: 24-hour notice required for cancellations. Make-up sessions available within the same month, subject to availability.
- Rain Policy: In case of inclement weather, lessons will be rescheduled or moved indoors when possible.
- Equipment: Racquets available for loan during lessons. Players should bring water and appropriate athletic attire.
- Registration: Pre-registration required for all group lessons. Drop-ins accepted only if space permits.
